What we want to hear about

• War stories. If you have opened — or are mid-opening — a restaurant or hotel in the US or Canada and learned something the hard way, we want to hear it. We publish patterns, not names: anything you share is anonymized and composited before it informs a piece, per the fact rules on our about page.
• Corrections. If we got something wrong, tell us and we will fix it in place.
• Topic requests. The editorial queue is built from what mid-project readers say they cannot find good writing about.
