Complete room furniture for new openings

California furniture packages

All your room furniture, brought together around your space. We help coordinate the furniture details for your California opening so you can focus on the other decisions that need your attention.

A package can begin with a dining room and bar, a set of hotel guest rooms, a lobby and meeting area, or several rooms opening together. Tell us what the space needs to do, which furniture you already have and the look you want to create.

Build the package around the actual building

For a compact San Francisco property, an opening in Los Angeles or a Sacramento restaurant renovation, begin with the room plan and the route the furniture must take into the building. The project address helps identify the location; measurements and access details make the order useful.

List the receiving point, doorways, stairs, elevators and room entrances that matter to the delivery. Ask for the relevant furniture and packaging dimensions before confirming large pieces. Make those checks part of the package review instead of leaving them until the delivery appointment.

Separate the furniture you are keeping

A renovation may keep dining tables while replacing chairs, retain guest-room case pieces while changing seating, or reuse a reception desk with a new lounge group. Put retained items on the same room schedule as the new furniture and mark them clearly.

Send dimensions and photographs of the pieces that stay. A finish name alone may not describe the appearance of furniture already in use. Reviewing the old and new pieces together helps establish whether the package should closely match them or create a deliberate, coordinated difference.

Give repeated rooms a clear specification

For hotel rooms or other repeated layouts, start with one furniture schedule for each room type. Record each piece once, then multiply by the approved number of rooms. Keep variations visible: a desk in one room type, a different storage unit in another, or extra lounge seating in a larger room.

  • Use a separate room-type identifier for each layout.
  • Confirm dimensions against the current plan.
  • Mark retained and newly supplied pieces.
  • Record the approved finish and upholstery beside each item.
  • Keep public-space furniture in the same project schedule, with its own room quantities.

One room count cannot explain every furniture variation. A clear schedule makes those differences easier to confirm before an order is placed.

Coordinate the rooms through a small set of choices

Choose which details should connect the project: a timber tone, a metal finish, a fabric colour or a family of shapes. Then let individual furniture types serve the room they are in. A dining chair, guest-room desk and lobby table can belong to the same visual plan without becoming identical pieces.

Send a few references and the existing room finishes. If several people approve the project, identify who signs off on dimensions, appearance and quantities. Keep the approved sample information with the furniture schedule so later revisions do not leave conflicting versions in circulation.

Turn the working plan into a furniture inquiry

Share the California project location, room list, approximate quantities, budget range and target opening date. Include the pieces you are keeping and any known access limits. We can help bring the furniture choices and outstanding questions together into one package brief.

Can the package include only the rooms being renovated?

Yes. Name the rooms in scope and list the furniture that stays. The package brief should make the boundary of the new purchase clear.

What if the room plan is still changing?

Send the current version and identify the decisions that are provisional. Dimensions and quantities need confirmation before the final purchase.

Can I combine different furniture styles?

Share the relationship you want between the rooms. Coordinating materials, colours or proportions can connect different furniture types without using the same piece everywhere.
