Complete room furniture for new openings
Illinois furniture packages
All your room furniture. All in one place. Bring the furniture for your Illinois opening together into a coordinated package, with help working through the details while you focus on the rest of the project.
For a Chicago hotel, a restaurant in Springfield or a shared commercial space in Rockford or Peoria, connect the furniture list to both the finished rooms and the route used to receive the pieces.

Start with complete room groups
List the furniture that makes each room work as a whole. A dining package may include chairs, tables, stools and waiting seats; a hotel package can include bedside pieces, desks, luggage benches and public-room furniture. Reception and meeting areas need their own tables, seating and storage allocations.
Identify retained pieces and fixed work being handled elsewhere. The package becomes easier to review when the owner can see which rooms it completes and which decisions belong to another part of the project.

Record the floor and destination of repeat pieces
Give each furniture type a short reference and record the quantity for every room. When the same product appears on more than one floor, keep its specification consistent but preserve the separate allocations. Identify any retained furniture being relocated so the new order reflects what is actually missing.
Include the current approval status, dimensions and finish reference beside the quantity. Those details keep a repeated product from becoming several slightly different descriptions across the opening’s working documents.
Review the setting, not only the individual product
Choose a dining chair alongside its table and base, a desk chair alongside the work surface, and lounge seating with the occasional tables that serve it. A coordinated finish is useful, but the relationship between pieces determines whether the room works.
We can help bring your preferred appearance, retained furniture and working specifications into one brief. Keep sample decisions and agreed dimensions visible so the package remains consistent as the final quantities are developed.

What to send for your Illinois opening
Send the project city, room and floor schedule, approximate quantities, retained pieces and opening timeframe. Include access measurements and a few references for the desired look. Mark what still needs a plan, sample or approval, and we can help organize the furniture requirements around the decisions that remain.
What access information helps with a Chicago furniture package?
Include the unloading point, receiving contact, doors, lift cabin and turns between delivery and the rooms. State any known building arrangements and confirm the final scope for the actual order.
Can the package include furniture on several floors?
Yes. Keep a room and floor destination beside every quantity, even where the same specification repeats. That makes the package useful for both ordering and later placement.
Can we keep an existing table and order new chairs around it?
Send the table dimensions, base photographs and the intended room layout. The proposed chairs can then be evaluated as part of the complete setting, rather than selected from appearance alone.
