Complete room furniture for new openings

Nevada furniture packages

All your room furniture. All in one place. Bring the furniture for your Nevada opening together into a coordinated package, with help working through the details while you focus on the rest of the project.

For an opening in Las Vegas, Henderson, Reno or Nevada-side Lake Tahoe, list the rooms that need to be ready together. A coordinated furniture package should describe the actual inventory, not just the largest guest count.

Count the spaces that operate together

A restaurant, private dining room and lounge can share a visual direction while needing separate furniture at the same time. A hotel opening may combine repeated guest-room pieces with arrival, breakfast and meeting furniture. Include every room in the package and identify what is already owned.

If a piece is intended to move between rooms, describe the arrangement and timing. Keep loose furniture separate from equipment or fixed work handled elsewhere so the boundary of the order remains clear.

Separate shared specifications from shared stock

Use one specification for a repeated chair, table or cabinet, then allocate its quantity to the rooms that use it. A product can repeat across the project without the same physical pieces being available in several places at once. Compare the largest simultaneous requirement before deciding the new order quantity.

Mark retained furniture and reserve any pieces already committed to another room. This keeps the package tied to the operating plan instead of an optimistic property-wide total.

Give different room types a common thread

Choose a small set of finishes or upholstery references that can connect the restaurant, lounge, guest rooms or meeting areas. Then select each furniture type for its task, size and placement. Dining, desk and occasional seating do not need the same shape to belong to one considered package.

Send references and retained-piece photographs together. We can help organize the choices into a clear furniture brief, with open sample and dimension decisions identified before quantities are finalized.

Plan where furniture waits between arrangements

Include storage and handling routes when the opening depends on flexible room layouts. Name the receiving point, temporary holding area and the rooms that must be ready first. If several deliveries or product groups are involved, keep those destinations clear in the working schedule.

Confirm the delivery and assembly scope in the actual quotation. A coordinated package should connect those decisions without assuming that all furniture arrives together or that every piece can be moved in the same way.

What to send for your Nevada opening

Share the Nevada project location, room list, recurring layouts, simultaneous quantities and preferred appearance. Include furniture already allocated elsewhere, retained pieces and the target opening date. We help bring the requirements into one package so the owner has a clearer view of both the furniture and the decisions still to be made.

Can one Nevada package cover rooms used for different functions?

Yes. List each use and the rooms that must be ready simultaneously. Keep separate allocations where furniture cannot move in time, and describe genuine sharing arrangements explicitly.

Should guest-room furniture be counted with public-room furniture?

Keep both in the same overall brief, but separate repeated guest-room sets from one-off public-space pieces. That helps check the quantities and specifications without losing the coordinated appearance.

What if our room layouts change during planning?

Send the current arrangements and mark them as working versions. Update the room allocations as decisions change, then confirm the final furniture quantities and specifications before the purchase is placed.
